Crafted to the highest standards, these units are tailored for specific needs, ensuring optimal performance for your windows.

Please note, these units are Special Order and, therefore, non-returnable. To guarantee compatibility, it’s essential to determine the correct “handing” of your unit (refer to provided pictures). Typically, they are paired with a removable/under wooden sill stop for enhanced functionality.

Right-Handed Unit: Identify the correct handing by visualizing the window from the inside. If the sash locking mechanism or handle resides on the right side of the window sash, a right-handed operator is required. If uncertain, feel free to send pictures to Info@truthentrygard.com for expert guidance. Please note that handles or covers are sold separately, with the option to upgrade to folding style handles and covers for added convenience.

Left-Handed Unit: Similarly, determine the handing by assessing the window from the inside. If the sash locking mechanism or handle is positioned on the left side of the window sash, a left-handed operator is necessary.
